After its three-game sweep over Tyler Junior College over the weekend, the Richland College baseball team won the Metro Athletic Conference Championship.

By winning the title, the T-Ducks, ranked No. 1 in the country according to the NJCAA Division III poll, will be the No. 1 seed in the district tournament, which starts May 8 in McKinney.

Richland College is 30-3 in conference play and 38-11 overall.
