Team Hotel Reservations
The NJCAA requires all team hotel reservations be made through All Seasons Travel International, Inc. at the participating NJCAA hotel. ASTI will note on your online NJCAA application that you have completed the hotel requirements.
How to make your team’s hotel reservations:
1. View the NJCAA HOTEL LIST, which shows the hotel amenities, rate, and the number of rooms available at the hotel at the last update.
2. Print and complete the DTA HOTEL RESERVATION FORM.
3. Fax DTA HOTEL RESERVATION FORM ASTI at 972-392-1392.
After you submit your team’s hotel reservation form, ASTI will send you a confirmation e-mail that will include the hotel contact information. If you do not hear from ASTI within 72 hours, please call (972) 392-9800 or send an e-mail to sue@travelallseasons.com. ASTI will indicate to NJCAA when your hotel reservation form is complete.
Note: NJCAA, ASTI, and the hotel DO compare lists of Team and Club reservations to the list of accepted teams. Any team trying to circumvent this requirement for participation WILL BE DISQUALIFIED! Please advise all parents of this issue.
Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 7 days prior to your arrival, in order to not incur a cancellation fee charged to your credit card.
