February 9-15, Richland hosted a visit from Jonathan Cartmell, Director of Standards and Performance at Yale College, Wrexham, North Wales, representing both Yale College and Forum (the Welsh equivalent of DCCCD, with 23 colleges across Wales), to investigate excellence in leadership and the long-term use of the Baldrige Award process in embedding a “Quality” culture.
On February 7, Leadership Garland Class XXVII visited Richland for their Education Day Program, which included a campus tour to observe student services processes and a meeting with faculty in Richland’s new Interactive Simulation and Game Technology program.
