Richland College is offering “Becoming an American Citizen,” a course for individuals interested in preparing for the civics portion of the naturalization test — a requirement for U.S. citizenship. Prospective students have a choice between two meeting times: Mondays through Fridays from 7-9 a.m., March 25 through April 15; or Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m., March 25 through May 13.
