Student Success — Congratulations to Richland writing student, Natasha Cavendish, who was recently selected as the Ann Priest Writing Scholarship recipient for fall 2010. Chosen from a field of excellent writing submissions and applications, Ms. Cavendish’s submission was deemed deserving of this distinguished, talent-based writing scholarship. The writing scholarship was established by Chancellor Emeritus Bill J. Priest to honor his wife, former Richlander Ann Priest, and to encourage creative expression, joy in the written word, and value of writing as ways for Richland students to learn and communicate.
