Institutional Effectiveness — Richland continues to experience record-breaking enrollment growth with 18,619 credit students currently enrolled in almost 2.8 million contact hours for spring 2010. Compared to the spring 2009 semester, this represents an increase in headcount and contact hours of more than 13.8 percent. It also represents an increase over fall 2009 enrollment which reached 17,892 in headcount and almost 2.4 million contact hours at certification date.
