Congratulations to Richland Collegiate High School (RCHS) Senior Becca Abara, who is the first member of the May 2010 RCHS graduating class to receive a university transfer scholarship award letter. Becca has been declared a Tulane University Founders Scholar, and her scholarship amount is $20,000 per year, renewable for 4 years.
