Institutional Effectiveness – A visiting team from Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), including their associate provost, four associate deans, an IT manager, and a scheduling manager, visited Richland this week. MATC, a multi-campus Datatel institution, has charged this group with developing and implementing a Web-based, electronic scheduling system. To inform their work, the team met with key District Service Center and Richland personnel and learned about all aspects of the DCCCD’s class schedule processes.
