Wrapping up a couple of jobs:
- Multimedia booklet for Dwayne Carter was sent to Steward. Dwayne will be the contact for the completion of this job.
- The first .pdf for the Spring 10 credit schedule was sent out today and the 2nd will be due when I return from my vacation.
— Upward Bound t-shirt art has been sent to Master craft. We are still waiting on a PO, but the job is needed back on-campus no later than the 17th.
—Vehicle Decals were sent to FastSigns and they were completed yesterday. Facilities is suppose to be picking them up.Handing off two jobs for Jennifer to wrap up while I am out (Corporate Service templates for Kon Kelley and dept’l shirts & jacket.
I’ll be on vacation from this afternoon through the 17th, returning to the office on the 20th. I am renting a cell phone which will work in Europe, but the cost is $1.29 to $1.99 per minute. Texting, however, is free because of my regular plan. So, if you need me for any reason, please text, preferably… just remember that I will be 6-7 hrs ahead of you (meaning don’t text me after about 4:00 p.m. our time here). I’ll be thinking about ya’ll … really I will!

Getting Garland Campus press out and other odd sort of Garland Campus stuff. Working on securing a billboard contract for a board on Forest & Skillman before I leave. It’s a partnership with Valerie Cavasos at LeCroy to promote D.L. Audra and Admin are in favor, just trying to secure funding.

Thanks so much to those of you who helped with the Garland Campus opening. It went very well, no hitches during the ribbon cutting ceremony, and last night’s open house was a success — great turn-out. Thanks again, it went very smoothly which, as Pam Quinn said last night, “is the hallmark of good planning.” So, pats on the back for all of you! Much appreciated.

Morning all, working from home today. Just finished wrapping up GRLC (xcept for sports banners) I have completed 4 out 5 life-size banners for Career Services, they have loved all of them, they are my fave customer
I hope to wrap up Gerald’s banner this week, I sent him a proof which he has looked at but not responded. Now I am shifting my attention to the STUDLI (formerly SPAR) brochure and wordmark that is what I was planning on working on today.
